Matching Highlights Not Proper in CS (Doc ID 2974159.1)

User reported issue that highlight is happening for both alias and full name.

While doing screening for customer - ABC LTD, the name is actually matching with WC Alias name only.

However, in the UI the highlights are coming for Alias as well as Full Name, which is not correct. It should only highlight Alias.
