Scope

Oracle Utilities Digital Asset Cloud Service Integration to Oracle Field Service Cloud supports the following business processes:

• Work Activity Request: creates work orders and associated work activities as part of the device setup step within the enrollment or unenrollment process for utility-owned controllable devices.
• Work Completion: allows work activities to be scheduled and sent to the mobile device of a field worker.
