Purchase Fee Charged Twice During Rerating (Doc ID 2974667.1)

Purchase fee is charged twice during rerating in the below scenario:

Create an account on 1st June with charge offer
a. Grants 50 GB initial entitlement
b. Charge $975
On 19th June, processed couple of usage requests which would deplete the initial grant and start granting Overage allowance of 1Byte with the charge of 4.75$ for every recharge
Now, a backdated order purchase of a charge offer (Data 10GB) dated back to 5th June which grants 10GB of data for 125$
Trigger rerating of events from 1st June
Here it looks like the PURCHASE FEE event is charged twice –
• Backout and replaying the CYCLE fee look fine.
• But, for 'Data 10GB', the purchase event was replayed twice. This is the issue.
