ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OHMPI MIDM does not allow to delete System Objects when there is a merge

- The delete functionality is not available when there is a merge, even when the SO is not involved in any SO merge. It should be possible to delete SO even when there is a merge transaction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected OHMPI MIDM to allow delete System Objects when there is a merge.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a patient: an EO with multiple SO.
2 In MIDM there is no option to delete SO.
3. After that, merge 2 SO of this patient or do a SO transfer, the delete function should disappear for all SO of the EO.
