OFSAA URL Fails To Load Login Screen in Environment With Load Balancer (Doc ID 2974796.1)

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)

Symptoms

After updating the Java version, the OFSAA application server starts successfully and WebSphere seems to start successfully.  However, when you try to access the OFSAA URL, it fails to load.  You reverse the Java upgrade and everything starts successfully again but you still cannot access the OFSAA URL.  The environment does use a Load Balancer.

The following errors exist in the web layer RevAppserver.log:

Caused by: java.io.NotSerializableException: com.ofs.aai.bean.OFSAAMessage$Severity
etc.
