Symptoms
You are trying to install OFSAA 8.1.1.3 to upgrade the log4j version in your environments to fix a vulnerability. You have a High Availability (HA) configuration for all of the environments where Server A and Server B both connect to same OFSAA database.
After applying OFSAAI 8.1.1.3 in the Server A environment, when you try to apply the patch in the Server B environment, which shares the same database, the patch exits out with the following error message:
OFS_AAI is already installed on higher version.
As a result, the installer stops and does not update the log4j files on Server B.
