ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Lease-Application-POST and PUT service issue.

User created a lease application through webservice. and then entered all the rate details in the decision and changed the status to 'APPROVED-BLANK'.
Then, user tried API webservice to load the contract and observer the Rent charge is coming wrong.

This issue is happening with PUT service also.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

During contract load using API webservice Rent charge should get calculate and populate correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a lease application through webservice.
2. Enter the rate details for decision and try changing the status to "APPROVED-BLANK."
3. Try API webservice to load the contract and observer the Rent charge currently it is coming wrong.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the Rent charge calculated correctly during contract load API web services.
