Goal

The current plan is to install Interim Patch 3 (IP3) on a 12.0.0.8.0 Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Version.

Question:
-------------
1. There are differences with respect to the values.yaml and override-values.yaml file. Need to understand if these configuration changes should be done in the current environments, too.
2. Differences with respect to templates were as well identified. Need to understand if these have any impacts due to the fixes provided under this patch.
