Lease Account - System Not Allowing to Reuse the Asset With IN INVENTORY Status

Terminate the lease with Buyout indicator 'N', system is changing the collateral status to 'IN INVENTORY' after closing the lease. System is not allowing to reuse the same asset with "IN INVETORY"  to another lease account.

When the asset is retained from a terminated lease account , system should allow to reuse the asset for another lease account

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Lease Amortized Account with an Asset.
2. Run 1 Bill/Due and post the payment for the due generated
3. Verify Asset Status as "Active".
4. Post Terminate Transaction with Buyout Indicator as "NO" on this lease account
5. Post Account Close Transaction on next day.
6. Asset Status changed from "Active" to " In Inventory"
7. Verify in Collateral Management Screen.
8. Create a New Lease Account with Existing Asset Number which is in "In Inventory" Status. -- Not working
9. Check Account created successfully with Existing Asset. -- Not working
10. Verify Status of Asset changed from "In Inventory" to "Active". -- Not working
11. Verify in Collateral Management Screen, in Asset Relation, New Account Linked. -- Not working
