Scenario:

One wants to monitor and see whether connection between Elastic Charging Engine and Weblogic server is stable or not and whether there are some issues in sending notification from ECE to Weblogic.
What are the possible ways to monitor these connections?
The background is that, sometimes the ECE-Weblogic connection is lost or because of some reason ECE is not able to send notifications to Weblogic server resulting in unsent notifications and such situations have caused a revenue impact to the business.
