Symptoms

Unable to Complete RID Task for a Supp Cancelled PSR Order. Attempting to perform the "Options > Cancel Change" process in the Service Request Connections window opened from the RID task results in the message below.

Message

There are virtual connections allocated to this connection,
cannot be removed.

Acknowledging the message above results in the error below.

Error

An update error has occurred, the cancellation process will be
stopped.

Attempting to complete the RID task results in the "The circuits for this service request are not complete" error below. This is expected validation behavior because the cancellation process has not yet successfully completed.

Error

The circuits for this service request are not complete. Please
complete (or reverse if the order has been cancelled) the required
engineering before completing this task.

The RID on row # {NBR} is violating the constraint.

The order number is {ORDER NBR}.
The Circuit ID is XX/XXXX/NUMBER/  /XXX /.
