Not Able to Access One Particular Account in Billing Care

Symptoms
Scenario:
- User is not able to access one particular account in Billing Care User Interface.
- This account is having more number of billinfos.
- At this moment this account has 187 active billinfos.
- As a workaround, if the user deletes the old unused billinfos then it is possible to access the account but now it is not possible to delete any more billinfos.
How to overcome this issue?
