SIM Transfer Error - Invalid Item For This Warehouse

On : 16.0.3 version, Other
When creating a Store to Warehouse Transfer in SIM we are getting a message of Invalid Item for This Warehouse when entering an item.
ERROR
-----------------------
Invalid item for this warehouse.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Shipping/Receiving
2. Click Transfer
3. Click Create Transfer
4. Select Destination Type: = Warehouse
5. Destination: = 5001
6. Click Apply
7. Click Add Item
8. Enter Item Number (error generated)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create store to WH transfers in SIM
