When a PSR Order has CFA Info present ,it doesn't come over when the Order is exported using the GetPSROrderSync jpd.
STEPS TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE:
======================
1-Made a PSR Order in MSS GUI having a circuit product item.
2-Provide the PRILOC and SECLOC Info in the PRILOC/SECLOC Info tab
3-Populate the following fields along with the PRILOC Info :
>>Connectin Facility
>>Channel Assignment
>>MUXLOC
4-Validate the Order.
5-Check in DB select * from SRSI_SI_CFA where document_number=3334904;
6-Run getOrder api and verify that the <cfa> tag is empty
