Symptoms

User not able to Delete or Edit approved records in List management.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to list management.

2. Click on the Alert

3. Try to edit/delete .

Expected result:
User should be able to edit/delete.

Actual result:
The user is not able to edit/delete
