Symptoms

On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Repricing request not getting created for Membership Termination

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Repricing request not getting created for Membership Termination when we have renewal date and with No Aptc charges.
In case of termination if autoRenew flag is N and membershipRenewalDate is also present then repricing record is not getting created in CI_REPRC_ENTITY_DTL table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Entry should be created in CI_REPRC_ENTITY_DTL table for termination scenario in case of non auto renewal.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Membership from JAN 2021 to DEC 2021 with autoRenew flag as N & membershipRenewalDate.
2. Run C1-REPC1 batch.
3. Verify CI_REPRC_ENTITY_DTL table, repricing entry should be created.
4. Terminate the membership on JUN-2021 with autoRenew flag as N & membershipRenewalDate..
5. Verify CI_REPRC_ENTITY_DTL table, record is not getting created for in case of termination.
