ACS Export Does Not Transfer Flex Field Attribute (Doc ID 2979728.1)

ACS export does not contain newly created Flex Field attribute.

What works:
Manual exporting the Change to aXML contains the Flex Field values.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create Flex Field attribute on Part.PageTwo (in example)

2. Add the Flex field attribute to Read/Modify AppliedTo list for this obejct

3. Test that the manual export (xml) contains the new attribute

4. Export the object via ACS subscriber - Flex Field not exported

create new Flex Field attribute(s)
