Symptoms

Relationship tab is missing the attachment icon on Functional Team, even though there is an attachment present.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a functional team object
2. Place a document on the relationship tab
3. Refresh the page and observe there is no dot on the relationship tab
4. If opening the relationship object (e.g Document), there is a dot on the relationship tab
