Alpha Numeric List Values are not sorted


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Java Client : http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/JavaClient/start.html
2. Go to Admin | Data Settings | List | open any simple list.
3. Add numeric values:(0 - Low Risk, 1 - Mid Risk , 2 - High Risk , 3. - Do not use , 3.2 - Not in use).
4. Login to Agile Web Client:http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
5. Open the Item where the list is configured.
6. Click on edit.
7. The drop down shows values in order:(0 - Low Risk, 1 - Mid Risk , 2 - High Risk , 3.2 - Not in use , 3 - Do not use ).
