Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.23.0 version, Pipeline Manager

Discounting pipelines stopped working and all services to customers were rejected.

The below CRITICAL errors are observed in the ifw log and it was observed that cm was responding to all requests with credit limit, because discounting was not working.
