After Configuring the OHS Server Users Are Not Able to Log Into Unifier (Doc ID 2980000.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
----------------------------
Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) has been installed and configured per the Unifier Installation guide. It is being used with a cluster of four Unifier servers. Users can log into each of the Unifier servers individually but OHS is redirecting users back to the landing page during login, so they cannot access Unifier.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Users should be able to log into Unifier successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Install and configure an OHS server for use with Unifier cluster.
  2. Open a supported browser and enter the Unifier environment URL that was configured.
  3. Users are redirected to the landing page and cannot access Unifier.
