UTA Response Is Not Returning Response Based On Zone's Sort Order. (Doc ID 2980045.1)

On: 7.0.0.0.0 version, System Wide

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

UTA response is not returning a response based on the zone's sort order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

UTA response should return a response based on the zone's sort order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
I duplicated Zone W1-TIMPRDQ to be used for searching Time Period via IWS. However, the order that the UTA search results are not being returned with the proper sort order the same way as the zone's search result sort order.
Steps to recreate:
- Duplicate Zone W1-TIMPRDQ and add rownum in SQL
- Create a Business Service data explorer for the above zone
- Create IWS for the above Business Service
- Go to UTA and generate a component for the above IWS to invoke the above IWS.
- Verify that the results do not return the same sort order as the zone.
