OSM Node MS2 is down and orders are not processing

In OSM for one the managed servers (MS2) the folders under user has been removed mistakenly.

Unix team has restored the folders but when we started the managed server the orders are not being processed. Validated the SAF queues and JMS queues everything was good.

With only MS1 node the orders are processing but the past future dated orders are going through as we are thing that might with ms2 server which is causing more impact to the production.
