Missing Last Character From Alarm Description (Doc ID 2980142.1)

Symptoms

The last character from the description of alarms which are stored in SMS(Service Management System) DB(Database) table SMF_ALARM_MESSAGE is missing.
In messages logs the alarms are complete but in SMS DB and NCC(Network Charging and Control) UI(User Interface) Alarm Management the alarms are without the last character.
