EBS-PS: Launch PS Plan Concurrent Request For a New VCP-PS Integration Installation Ends In an Error - Launch Failed (Doc ID 2980207.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to launch PS Plan, the concurrent request ends in an error but the log file doesn't have any error details

Steps:

  1. Switch to Production Scheduler responsibility - Navigate to PS options.
  2. Setup PS Plan options - Define Horizon, Category, Category set and Save.
  3. Launch PS Plan with Solve on Server option set to NO
  4. Review submitted jobs
  5. Observe the launch PS Plan request ends in an error (No error details in the log file)
