Symptoms
When transmitting E2B Reports to MFDS using Web-services by following below steps:
1. Configured user id and pwd for MFDS in System configuration > Interchange webservices > MFDS
2. Selected Method as "Web Service" in EDI tab of Reporting Destination configuration for respective agency
3. Create any case "XXXXXX", scheduled a report, generate and transmit the same and observe below error after transmission:
Error occurred while processing Message Id = XXX.
- Configured Web Service MFDS is not accessible - Status-, Response<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
