Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC) environment which has been upgraded from 12.0.0.5.0 to 12.0.0.8.0, when trying to obsolete a bundle which was promoted successfully to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) and Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) in previous step, the following errors occur:
To be noted similar errors occur if changing bundle name.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Bundle and Submit the Changes to the PDC and BRM.
2. Modify the Existing Bundle Name or Make it obsolete. Submit the Changeset.
3. Changeset is Failed in BRM, but still the changes are submitted in PDC - which is also a problem, due to which we can retry this operation from PDC.
4. Changes are failed in BRM, due to the dm_error ORA-00001: unique constraint (PIN.I_DEAL__CODE) violated.
