Symptoms

While taking action of ‘SendEmail’ or ‘SendRFI’ on a case in ECM, getting below error.
“Could not convert socket to TLS
[25-07-23 09:59:51,572 GMT AM] [ERROR] [WEB] [UMM] [NA] [LOGGER] Could not convert socket to TLS
javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS;
nested exception is:
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target”
