Need Clarification on the Lead ime that is getting Calculated during the Replenishment Process (Doc ID 2980527.1)

Goal

How is lead time calculated during the replenishment process? The Pickup Lead Time or the Lead Time is null at ITEM_SUPP_COUNTRY_LOC level. But still the lead time is being populated in REPL_RESULTS.
