Layout Drop Down Menu Disappears When Saving Layout (Doc ID 2980544.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When saving an existing layout, the Layout drop down menu located on top of the activity table columns disappears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Layout menu to remain in layout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6.
  2. Open a project, Activities page.
  3. Click the Layout drop down menu, Layout > Save.
  4. Layout menu will disappear from the layout.
