Legacy Collection Not Loading Routings, Operations, Resources, Supplies, or Demands (Doc ID 2980783.1)

Symptoms

While running legacy collections, supplies, demands, resource requirements, operation resources, routing operations and routings are not getting loaded into the Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) instance.

After the process appeared to complete successfully, it was observed that the data in the corresponding staging tables (MSC_ST_%), were stuck with a PROCESS_STATUS = 2.

This is a process that has been running successfully for years, so the expectation is that it should not stop running all of the sudden.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Load data directly to the MSC_ST_ tables.  This can be done via a .dat file or some custom process.
2.  Navigation:  Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Collections > Legacy Collections > Collect Flat File Data
3.  Review the Pre Process Monitor and Pre Process Worker log files.
