A Business Process Picker Is Not Displaying the Expected Records On the IOS App When the User Language Preference Is Portuguese (Doc ID 2981130.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Primavera Unifier server version 22.12.1 and Unifier mobile app version 23.8 for iOS devices.

When using a BP Picker to retrieve Business Process (BP) records and the device language is set to Portuguese, Unifier doesn't find and/or display any BP records. When changing the device language back to English it works fine. This problem is occurring in online and offline mode.

The reported problem is not occurring on Android devices. On Android, values and records of this field are retrieved regardless of language. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The BP Picker window should display all available records regardless of the language in use on the mobile device.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier iOS mobile application version 23.8 (or lower) with the device language preference set to Portuguese.
  2. Navigate to the Workspace > BP > Open the BP record > Attempt to use BP picker to view/select BP1 records > Unifier displays "No Records Found".
  3. Log out of the mobile app, log back in with the device language set to English and repeat step 2. In this case all of the records are displayed as expected.
  4. Log into the Android mobile app version 23.8 and repeat step 2 above, and all of the records are displayed as expected.
