Symptoms
On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Spread percentage not working for Flat and Tier pricing in Deal management.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a deal with products which is having Spread percentage configured. Here we have taken Both FLAT and Tier pricing.
2. On click on SIMULATE the individual price items showing in error status.
