Unable to Select Correct Date from the Calendar Date Picker in Timesheet Tab in Web Client

Symptoms
Random wrong month and date is displayed when trying to select certain dates in the Timesheet tab.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Go to Timesheet and then launch calendar.
3. Choose some date e.g:- 3rd October 2022.
4. A different random date is displayed e.g:-June 23rd 2022 or July 3rd 2022 etc..
5. User cannot select the right date due to this issue.
Changes
Applied RUP2 and above and changed the date format to one of the below:
dd/MM/yyyy, dd.MM.yyyy, dd-MM-yyyy, yyyy/MM/dd, yyyy.MM.dd
