Service Transfer is not working in CNE ECE-CNCP Setup (Doc ID 2982957.1)

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) version, CNE Deployment

Service Transfer is throwing below error in EMGateway while fetching the profiles.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created Customer-A and add profile via PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER opcode
2. Created Customer-B and add profile via PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER opcode
3. Do a service transfer from Cust-A to Cust-B using SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICE_BALGRP_TRANSFER opcode.
4. Check if it throws the above mentioned exception
