SNMP Discovery Errors Stating Time Sync Failures (Doc ID 2984971.1)

Symptoms

Customers may observe SNMP Discovery errors, stating there are Time Sync Failures. More specifically, when the customer attempts to use SNMPv3 Discovery, to add a device, a SNMP error is observed stating "Time synchronization failed during discovery". Customers report seeing this error even when all Devices are in time sync. An example error has been posted below.
