Symptoms
Unable to assign a telephone number to a new product on a PSR order that was recently created in the Product Catalog. An error is thrown immediately after right-clicking on the level 1 product and selecting "Assign Telephone Numbers". The message indicates the product is missing assignable items and to check the telephone number indicators setup for the product (entire error text below).
