Symptoms
When clicking on the Get button or on the filename in Agile Web Client to download a file attachment, a new window opens instead of just seeing the file being downloaded to the download folder.
Steps:
- Log into Web Client.
- Open any object with a file attachment.
- Select the Attachments tab and select the file to be downloaded.
- Click Get, user sees Save As window.
