Symptoms
On : 16.0.1 version, Foundation
When attempting to close the tab on the Supplier Org Unit Screen, the following error occurs.

java.lang.NullPointerException
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Suppliers and Partners>Manage Suppliers.
2. Search for the Supplier>Open It.
3. Go To More Actions>Org Unit.
4. After screen loads close the tab without doing anything.
5. Note the above error message.
