Product Version Is Not Duplicated If Any Of The Conditions In Eligibility Is "Check Next Condition"

Symptoms
On RMB v3.0.0.0.0, Product Version is not duplicated in first attempt.
Product Version is not duplicated if any of the conditions in eligibility is "Check Next Condition".
It gives below alert/error:

"You cannot set is true, is false, or is insufficient field to Check Next Condition in the last eligibility criterion"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Product Version UI, click on Duplicate button under Record Actions section
2. Make the required changes like Effective date etc in the new duplicated version
3. Click on save and above mentioned alert/error displays
4. After changing all conditions to True or False, version gets saved
5. Now if User again update the values to Check Next Condition via Edit button under Record Actions section, it then saves without the error
