Symptoms

When attempting to create a SQL Server database, using DBSetup.bat, the following error occurs:

ERROR

RuntimeException: Error in Create the SQL Server tablespaces for P6 PPM: RuntimeException (Error in Run SQL Script ssppm_init_db.sql: DatabaseToolException (Invalid usage of the option_dat in the CREATE/ALTER DATABASE statement.))

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to create a PPM database using DBSetup.bat.
2. Populate the Primavera Database Setup Wizard --> Configure Microsoft SQL Server fields with the requested connection details.
3. Observe the reported error after clicking "Next" on the "Create SQL Server Users" window of the utility.
