Users Receive 'SRE.FailedGenerateOnSubmitMathEngine' Error When Creating New Client Role (Doc ID 2986868.1)

On : 11.3.1.27 version, Client Activity

When attempting to add a New Client Role,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"SRE.FailedGenerateOnSubmitMathEngine

Error Message :
com.adminserver.utl.exception.AsExceptionUtl: The OnSubmit Event cannot find ScreenMath configuration or the ScreenMath configuration references a mathvariable or field that does not exist."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application.
2. Navigate to a Policy.
3. Click on Roles/Maintain Roles.
4. Click on New Client.
5. Select any Role ex: New Payor and add required details.
6. Click on Add.
