ALM 8.1.2 Process Ends Abruptly With "/*interpolation method : 2*/" With No Data Processed (Doc ID 2987066.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.1.2 version, after executing a Dynamic Deterministic process having Forecast Rates rule, you see that the log consistently shows "/*interpolation method : 2*/" and exits without processing the data.

There is no error to the FSI_PROCESS_ERROR table.
