Symptoms

Standard comment is not displayed by correct order which is alphanumeric because query is used to display does not have (order by DISPL_ORDER_NB) in query fired.
There is order by kdd_cmmnt.displ_order_nb inside FN_CMMT_TX_GET but this was disregarded due to distinct oracle command used in SELECT distinct(CMMNT_ID),CMMNT_TX,DISPL_ORDER_NB FROM TABLE(FN_CMMT_TX_GET(?,?,?,?,?)).
