On :CCB 2.7.0.3.0 version, Framework

Third Party Account Verification IWS is returning incorrect Due Date

STEPS:
-------------

1. Example Account Bill Due Date of most recent Bill is 05-25-2021.
2. However, recent bill does not contain any frozen Bill Segment.
3. C1- ThirdPartyVerifyAccount returned the due date of the most recent Bill with frozen Bill Date which is 04-15-2021
