Dec 31, 9999 Date Value Is Disappearing After Selection For Date Field (Doc ID 2988143.1)

Symptoms

While using date field in Oracle tool, it is allowing to select 31 Dec,9999 date but after saving that value is disappearing from UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Application Portal http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/portal
2. Navigate to GSM > Material Specification

3. Create an Extended Attribute Type: Date P4P-10034 EA_Date
4. Create a Custom Section using the Extended Attribute Type: Date created in Precondition 1
     e.g. P4P-10034 CS_Date
5. Create a Material Specification with Extended Attribute and Custom Section created in Preconditions 1 and 2
     e.g. P4P-10034 Material Specification

6. Search and open the Material Specification created in Step 5
7. Click Edit icon
8. Click Ext Data Tab
9. In both Extended Attributes and Custom Section, select Dec. 31, 9999 as the date
     e.g. P4P-10034 EA_Date, P4P-10034 CS_Date
10.Click Save icon

11. Date field is allowing to select Dec 30, 9999 date but after save value is disappearing from UI.
