Missing CDRs from BRM DB (Doc ID 2988248.1)

Goal

It was noticed while processing batch CDRs(Call Detail Record) that end up with a gap between the number of success response on Elastic Charging Engine Distribution Cartridge Node (ECE/DC) and CDRs that has been loaded to Billing and Revenue Manager Database (BRM DB).

25K batches with 5 minutes interval were used during the tests.
