ERROR
-----------------------
Masks works on the Role Table in the Policy Overview Screen similar to Role Screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a Security Group that should have restricted access to see TaxIDs of Clients in OIPA.
2. In the Policy Overview Screen, add in config to show the Roles on a Policy and have a table defining the columns with one of them being TaxID and applying a Mask to this column.
3. Within the Rule Palette, set the Security level to be restrictive to only show a portion of the TaxID.
4. Login to OIPA with a user from the Security Group in step 3 and navigate to a Policy and it's Overview Screen.
5. Notice the Mask will not be applied.
