Symptoms
Set all functionality does not work when an allocation policy is changed to manual. User cannot neither click in the set all box to input a final quantity, nor can click the set all button.
Steps To Reproduce -
1. Create What if allocation with policy as manual.
2. Try to set all functionality to input final quantity.
