Case Close Option Is Not Working In CS Real Time Cases (Doc ID 2988416.1)

Symptoms

We have created CS Real time cases but we are unable to close the case, when we select any option from the case resolution tab , it shows there is nothing to save and if I add comment with it , it only saves comment but doesn't change the status of the case.
